Information We Collect

How We Use Information

Service Providers

StowBear uses service providers to operate the app. These providers process information on our behalf and may include Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and edge functions; OpenAI for AI analysis and embeddings; Google services for OAuth sign-in, Places, and map-related features; optional public URL evidence providers such as Exa; and hosting or infrastructure providers used to run the service.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your captures for third-party advertising. We may share information with service providers that help operate StowBear, when you direct us to share it, when needed for security or support, or when required by law.

Security

We use modern transport encryption, authenticated access, private storage for capture assets, and user-scoped database controls designed to limit access to your account data. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

Retention and Deletion

We keep account information and captures while your account is active or as needed to provide the app. You can delete individual captures in the app. You can delete your account in StowBear Settings or request deletion at stowbear.com/delete-account.

When your account is deleted, StowBear deletes the account and associated captures, assets, collections, reminders, and related app data, except where limited information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.

Children

StowBear is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. The updated date above shows when this policy last changed.
